Sounds great! How do I book a mentor session?
You will walk away with content and education to help grow your business, and my goal is to empower you through the process. We can only go up from here! Click HERE to get started!
Who is this for?
For the aspiring photographer looking to develop and perfect their craft and business skills- for those who are wanting to learn self-employment as a portrait photographer and are ready to take the next step in growing their business.
My mentorship program is created to help you reach your goals, get inspired, and be encouraged through valuable education. I shot my first wedding when I was in 10th grade- I didn’t even have a drivers license when I started my business! So if I can do it, you can too. I have had 7 years of experience under my belt since then, a business degree, and two years of traveling to one of the biggest educational conventions for photographers in the world- with each passing year, I have gained more and more knowledge of the “do”s and “don’t”s in this industry. Knowledge is POWER and if you want to get anywhere in anything, you have to invest.
What does it include and how much?
Invest in yourself by scheduling a one-on-one mentorship with me, as we will go cover so much ground together. My mentoring sessions are $499 (plus tax) and last about 4 hours (with travel):
1st, we will chat over coffee/tea about all things business. Come with questions- ask me anything and everything! If you have a portfolio, this is a great time to evaluate it with me. I will also go over things like workflow, bookkeeping, emails, social media, contracts, gear, help you prepare for our live shoot together, and more. I’ll be sure to share my favorite tools I use everyday that help me run my business and will have special discount codes if you too decide to invest in these tools!
1 hour of shooting a real life couple. This will be set up by me in advance and will be a great way to add/start your portfolio! I will be with you every step of the way, guiding and giving you tips throughout the shoot to help improve your shoot time.
after we shoot together, we will spend 30 mins-1 hour of editing our photos together. This is a great way for me to teach you tips and tricks in Lightroom, how to organize photos, how to have a consistent look to your photos, and how to efficiently edit so you have more time to get back out there and shoot instead of being behind the screen!
